When I was hired by the owners of eLoop, I was asked to create a new floor plan and finish plan for their offices as well as source renewed office furniture and systems. The finish palette included green and blue from the corporate colors and neutral wall paint, wall coverings, and flooring.

The owners had contacted me later in their process of opening and I was able to source the indoor tables and stools as well as the outdoor furniture and umbrellas. I created a floor plan for all of the furniture to ensure that there was proper spacing for all of their customers to enjoy themselves and feel comfortable.
Moon Dogs Getaway
Erie PA
The owners bought the property and wanted to redesign it to be a dog friendly AirBnB. We came up with a design that used existing elements with the addition of new kitchen and bath flooring, all new lighting and plumbing fixtures, coordinating switch plates and door knobs, a fresh coat of paint throughout, and new furniture and decorations.

Brentwood Rental Apartment Renovation

Design and construction on the Brentwood Apartment Remodel was completed on 2/20/2020. The owners requested that the project maintain an extremely low budget while sourcing good quality products that will hold up to commercial use. The one bedroom apartment had the kitchen and bathroom gutted down to the studs allowing for new electric and plumbing to be run, then installing new cabinetry and plumbing fixtures. To complete the renovation new paint, lighting fixtures, flooring, doors, and door hardware have been installed. The budget was maintained and the results were fantastic!

Completion of this project was as difficult as it gets. Starting with no electrical, plumbing or heating and cooling systems in the building, holes in the roof, hole in the floor (well better say missing floor), and water in the basement. After battling through covid, we finally were able to complete the massive undertaking to change this shell of a building into a functional first floor commercial space and a beautiful second floor apartment.
