Project Coordination

Our Company will be involved with your project from the first day until it is completed. This is how we make it happen:

  • Contractor meetings prior to and during construction to ensure your space is completed to your specifications

  • Orders will be placed, tracked, and checked in on arrival at the job site to ensure the are correct and have no damage

  • Coordinate specialty services for delivery and installation including; fireplace inserts, major appliances, countertops, and water features

  • Complete a review and Punch List for the owner and contractor to ensure all outstanding items are finished

3-D Images

Using our design software we can generate 3-D images for our clients to give them a view of how their space will look after the project is finished.  These can be a black and white view of one room all the way to a realistic full color entire building image.

Design Documents

The design documents are the contractor's instruction manual for the project.  The more information that are put onto these sheets the easier it will be for the contractor to complete the project.  It is essential to get a complete set ready prior to starting the construction.  A set may include the following;

  • Title Page

  • Demolition Plan

  • Floor Plan and Enlarged Plans

  • Elevations and Sections

  • Reflected Ceiling Plan

  • Power and Switching Plan

  • Furniture and Finish Plan

  • Legends and Schedule
